TERMS & CONDITIONS

A deposit for each person registering is required for The Educated Grape Epicurean Excursion, via our website, to secure your spot on this trip.

Deposit Conditions - Your deposit, minus a 3% cancellation fee, is refundable up to 1 week after payment, should you need to withdraw your participation from this trip. After this time, your deposit is non-refundable.

First Balance Payment Conditions - Failure to pay this first balance payment within 1 month of your initial deposit will result in a loss of your reserved place on our trip and loss of your initial deposit. Should you need to withdraw your participation from this trip after this first balance payment is made, but before the next payment is due, you will receive a refund of this first balance payment minus a 3% cancellation fee.

Second - Final Payment Conditions - After the date on which your second balance payment is due, the trip is non-refundable and must be paid in full.
