For the smoothest registration process, please read through all of our recommendations:

• Log in to or create an account HERE within 24 hours of registration time. You will be able to update your payment information with the card you intend to pay with at that time.

  • If you are unsure of your username or password, that direct link is the only way to recover forgotten login credentials. Once you are on the checkout page at registration time, the option to recover forgotten credentials is no longer available (unfortunately, this is not something we can change).

  • PLEASE NOTE - You are not required to log in on the checkout page to pay your deposit for this trip! If you have logged in for past purchases with us, or if you add your preferred payment method before registration, the system will have saved your payment information for a more efficient checkout, but it is not required.

• If you are on our Wine Country Experiences email list, you will receive an email that is scheduled to be sent at 4pm EST on March 5, but sometimes emails can take time to get to your inbox. We suggest setting an alarm, or putting the registration time in your calendar rather than solely relying on the email.

• Have this registration page open and ready before registration time at 4pm EST on March 5, 2026. This page will also be accessible from our Wine Country Experiences page.
