Rate Details and Conditions for the 2026 Epicurean Excursion - Sonoma & Napa

TRIP DATES

Monday, August 17 – Sunday, August 23, 2026

For travel purposes, this program begins at 6:00pm on Monday, August 16 at the Hazel Hill restaurant at our hotel, Montage - Healdsburg, and concludes the morning of Sunday, August 23.

RATES

$9,450 per person for double occupancy

  • $3,750 deposit per person - due on or after March 5 to secure your spot

  • $2,850 payment per person - due April 5 (or 1 month after your deposit was paid)

  • $2,850 payment per person - due May 5 (or 2 months after your deposit was paid)

$10,950 per person for single occupancy

  • $3,750 deposit per person - due March 5 to secure your spot

  • $3,600 payment per person - due April 5 (or 1 month after your deposit was paid)

  • $3,600 payment per person - due May 5 (or 2 months after your deposit was paid)

THIS RATE INCLUDES

- 6 nights at Montage - Healdsburg hotel

- 6 Immersive Experiences (hands-on, participatory events where you actively create, experiment, and engage directly in the craft behind the experience)

  • these events include 3 lunches and 1 dinner

- 7 Curated Experiences (thoughtfully guided tastings, dinners, and tours designed for you to enjoy through observation, conversation, and sensory exploration)

  • these events include 2 lunches and 4 dinners

- All personal expenses not mentioned in the itinerary, including incidentals in the hotels

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Deposit Conditions - Your $3,750 deposit, minus a 3% cancellation fee, is refundable up to 1 week after payment, should you need to withdraw your participation from this trip. After this time, your deposit is non-refundable.

First Balance Payment Conditions - Failure to pay this first balance payment ($2,850 per person for Double Occupancy, $3,600 per person for Single Occupancy) within 1 month of your initial deposit will result in a loss of your reserved place on our trip, and loss of your $3,750 deposit. Should you need to withdraw your participation from this trip after this payment is made, but before the final payment is due, you will receive a refund of this first balance payment minus a 3% cancellation fee. After the date on which your second balance payment is due, your first balance payment, along with your $3,740 down payment, are non-refundable.

Second Payment Conditions - Failure to pay the second balance payment of ($2,850 per person for Double Occupancy, $3,600 per person for Single Occupancy) within 2 months of your initial deposit will result in a loss of your reserved place on our trip, and loss of your first two payments. This final payment is non-refundable once paid.
